Neosolue™-Aqulio (INCI name: Bis-ethoxydiglycol cyclohexane 1,4-dicarboxylate)
Neosolue™-Aqulio is an ingredient that is soluble in both oil and water. It “builds a pathway for beauty ingredients into skin” and “absorbs beauty ingredients.” It helps enhance the penetration of beauty ingredients deep into skin.
Artichoke leaf extract
Cynaropicrin contained in artichoke leaf extract demonstrates numerous anti-aging effects by inhibiting
the activity of NF-κB, a protein which is said to be a cause of skin aging. Activation of NF-κB is involved in a decline of skin’s barrier function, the acceleration of melanin production, and collagen decomposition. The suppression of this activation can clear clogged pores and minimize open pores.
White willow extract (INCI name: Salix alba bark extract)
The name comes from the very soft white hairs covering the underside of the leaves of the white willow, which makes the leaves appear paler than most other willows. Healthy trees grow to 20 to 30 meters tall in moist places on land.
The extract contains salicin which works on the dead hardened skin cells caused by aging and UV rays to restore skin’s normal turnover.
Salicin also urges the maturation of skin cells. The maturation of the stratum corneum helps enhance skin’s inherent barrier function to increase moisture retention in the skin.
Moisturizing Vitamin C derivative (INCI name: Bis-glyceryl ascorbate)
This ingredient boosts collagen production and inhibits melanin production to firm skin with luster and clarity. This Vitamin C derivative has higher moisture retention to keep skin hydrated after cleansing.
How To Use:
Take an amount about the size of a cherry(approx 3.5g) into palm and blend with make-up and excess sebum. Rinse off with water or lukewarm water after that. You can have wet hands with this cleanser, but recommend to use dry hands to remove thick makeup.
